Once you have placed an order for a customized solution, we will begin working on your project right away. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds for the services that have already been provided. We strongly advise our clients to carefully review their requirements and specifications before placing an order for a customized solution.

We offer partial payment for the analysis, planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the progress and quality of work at each stage of the project.

Refund Policy Regarding Non-Customized Solutions

• For non-customized software solutions, we offer a 100% refund within 15 days of purchase.
• For non-customized hardware and IoT solutions, we offer a 50% refund within 15 days of purchase.
